Fishing Charter Deposits and Cancellations

Reservations are taken by phone with a deposit. We will hold a day for 24 hours (with deposit) with no obligation. Cancellations prior to 15 days before a scheduled trip will be fully refunded, and after 15 days will be forfeited. Prices do not include a gratuity for the crew (customarily 20%) or loss of rod, reel or equipment.  Captain Collin reserves the right to reschedule based on weather. The Captain will make inclement weather cancellations the night before via phone or at the dock. Charters will be rescheduled at the soonest mutually agreed upon date and in this instance your deposit is not lost. Sometimes at the dock it will seem like a fine day—but trust us, if the Captain doesn’t want to go, you don’t want to be out there! You should be prepared and dressed for rough weather in the fall during the prime tuna season.
