Haddock fishing out of Gloucester, MA is a popular trip aboard the Karen Lynn. We are usually not fishing to far from home as Gloucester offers deep water structure where haddock tend to hang out not to far offshore. 

A great trip for experts and beginners alike. Its a rather easy technique to pick up as we are usually dropping a weighted bait rig with clams to the bottom, then you basically pay attention and wait for the fish to bite! Great fun for a group as in most cases everyone is fishing at the same time. Never knowing what type of fish specie you are going to reel up from the bottom is always exciting, we have caught up to a dozen different species on some trips!

Haddock is excellent table fare as well, some of the best seafood our new England waters have to offer! Nothing like bringing freshly caught fish yourself right out of the ocean home to cook up! The Cape Ann Marina outdoor bar right on site in most cases will cook up your catch as well, fresh fish and cold drinks cant beat it!
